Sneh Sales Corporation provides guidance on waterproofing services. Here's some information to help you understand these areas:
Waterproofing: Waterproofing is the process of making a structure or surface resistant to the penetration of water. It is crucial in various applications, such as buildings, basements, roofs, bathrooms, swimming pools, and foundations. As a waterproofing consultant, I can assist you with:
We can help you choose the appropriate waterproofing materials based on the specific application and requirements. This may include options such as liquid membranes, bituminous membranes, cementitious coatings, polyurethane coatings, or specialized waterproofing systems.
We can provide guidance on the correct installation techniques for waterproofing systems. This includes surface preparation, application methods, curing procedures, and joint treatments to ensure a durable and effective waterproofing barrier.
We can help you conduct inspections of existing waterproofing systems to identify potential issues or areas of concern. This includes assessing the condition of the waterproofing materials, checking for leaks or water intrusion, and providing recommendations for repairs or maintenance.
If you are facing waterproofing problems, such as leaks or inadequate performance, I can help investigate the issue, determine the root cause, and provide solutions to rectify the problem.

A solar heat reflective coating is a type of coating applied to surfaces, such as roofs, walls, or windows, to reduce the absorption of solar heat and keep the surface cooler. It is designed to reflect a significant portion of the sunlight, reducing heat gain and minimizing the need for cooling systems. These coatings are typically made using materials that have high solar reflectance and low thermal emissivity. Solar reflectance refers to the ability of a material to reflect solar radiation, while thermal emissivity refers to its ability to emit radiant heat. By combining these properties, solar heat reflective coatings can effectively reduce the amount of solar energy absorbed by a surface.
By reflecting a large portion of solar heat, these coatings help reduce the need for air conditioning, resulting in lower energy consumption and utility bills.
Surfaces coated with solar heat reflective coatings stay cooler, creating a more comfortable environment, especially in hot climates.
By reducing the temperature of the coated surface, these coatings can help minimize thermal expansion and contraction, thus potentially extending the lifespan of the material.
Decreased energy usage leads to a reduced carbon footprint and a lower demand for fossil fuels.
The threat of climate change is real and it is already starting to affect the lives of millions of Indians. Global warming and its harsh impacts is now a reality. Urban heat island effects and the increasing surface temperature leads to fatigue and exhaustion for human beings, leading to productivity loss. High variation in surface temperatures causes corrosion and deterioration of rooftops and surfaces.
Thermacool ‘Cool Paint Innovation’ is a by-product of the government’s vision with the technology and research initiatives of IIT-Bombay. Thermogreen Cool Coat Pvt. Ltd. is driving the goal of delivering the benefits of this technology to the masses. Thermacool Coating delivers reduced carbon footprint, lower cooling costs, significant power savings and reduced electricity bills. The fundamental and compelling purpose is the cooler living and work environment, leading to an enhancement in quality of human life.
In line with the vision, IIT-Bombay has developed a novel coating system that can cool the surface/roof top by reflecting heat in the ‘Near IR region’ (750-1250 nm), coming from the sun which is about 52% of sun’s radiation. The paint system termed as ‘Cool Roof Coating’ system has been tested for a solar reflectance index (SRI) of 102, approved by CEPT University based on ASTM method.
Execution of several proof of concept projects is testimony to the acceptance and viability of the solution. The showcasing of the ‘Cool Paint Innovation’ has been conducted and the solution is deployed across defence institutions, railways, public-sector and private-sector units.
